3. Service Engagement & Agreements

  • Upon full and final payment for any custom-designed deliverables (e.g., logos, custom websites, graphics), the agreed-upon intellectual property rights will transfer to the Client, subject to the terms of the specific project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed works in our professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
